PRICING
I charge £55 for a one-page certified translation.
If your document extends beyond one page, the rate is determined on a per-page basis, typically ranging from £35 to £45. The specific per-page rate depends on factors such as text density and formatting complexity.
To get started, payment for certified translations is requested in advance through either bank transfer or PayPal.
PROCESS
1. Send me the document(s) you want to have translated. I accept documents in all types of formats, although it's essential that they are legible.
2. I will translate your documents, ensuring accurate reproduction of the original layout, formatting, and content.
3. Once the translation is complete, I will attach both the original and the translated copy to the certification statement. This statement will contain my personal information and the details of the document, serving as proof of my qualifications for certification and confirming that the translation is a faithful and accurate representation of the original document.
4. To prevent tampering and ensure authenticity, I will sign and stamp every page, and include a Chartered Linguist label for added assurance.
5. The certified translation can be sent to you via standard post, and for rush orders, a courier service is available at an extra charge.
